The 4.00-5 solid wheel is used as the caster wheels of manual wheelchairs. Its max load capacity is around 50kg per wheel. Its color can be customized as per your request.
2. The Assembly Process of Solid Tires
A. Preparation: Preparation of semi-finished tires, rims, screws, nuts, etc.; installation and adjustment of assembly machine;
B. Assembling: Assemble the tire according to the standard requirements of the filled tire assembly;
C. Finished product: The finished product needs to be tested for side impact and runout; after passing the test, it can be cleaned and packed.
3. Packaging and Delivery
Packaging: Generally we use the carton packaging with pallet. We can also pack as per ur requirement.
Shipping: by sea, by air, or international express.
