The 4.10/3.50-5 Power Chair Tire consists of two parts: rubber outer tube, microcellular polyurethane elastomer filled or inserted inside. 4. PU Foam Filled Tire Technology
1.Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
2. Every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.

We perform the following seven tests:

2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our polyurethane solid tires, the MOQ is 300 pieces.
For our foam filled solid tires, for sizes below 10 inches the MOQ is 300 pieces, and for 10 inches and above the MOQ is 200 pieces.
3. Do you allow small orders?
Yes, orders that are under our MOQ can be produced at a higher price.
