About our company
Who we are
Founded in Xiamen in November 2015, Aleader initially focused on the R&D, production and manufacturing of polyurethane parts. After years of stable operation and market expansion, we relocated our entire factory to Longyan in July 2017. We have gradually established a full industrial layout including an R&D headquarters, large-scale production base and professional branch subsidiaries.
Aleader conducts seven reliability tests for our products. For example:
Fatigue Strength Test
1) Load Requirements: Single-wheel load capacity (load standard references the vehicle's maximum load capacity, calculated as the load borne by a single wheel).
2) Roller specifications: Mixed drum diameter 25cm ±1.5cm; bump block dimensions: width 36cm, height 12cm ±1mm, end radii 6° ±1°.
3) Test speed requirements: Electric wheelchair tires at 6km/h; manual wheelchair tires at 3.6km/h.
