Full-cycle Corporate Development Milestones
In November 2015, the Xiamen tire manufacturing entity finished registration and started bulk order production. In July 2017, all production equipment was relocated to our self-owned Longyan plant for the first round of capacity expansion. A wholly-owned tire subsidiary was registered in July 2020, with dedicated automatic molding lines for rehabilitation equipment added. In March 2023, the Xiamen R&D branch settled in the CAS research base to build a shared joint lab. In May of the same year, Aleader Longyan settled into the local innovation park, with two core lines (PU mobility tires and ventilation insulation panels) put into operation to complete full dual-industry layout.
Industry-university Joint R&D Platform & Technical Support from University Experts
In 2023, our factory built a standard shared R&D lab together with Xiamen Rare Earth Institute, CAS, sharing professional lab space to independently develop patented new polymer materials and realize mass production. Long in-depth technical cooperation is established with Professor Tang's research group from Sichuan University to tackle two core research projects: modified polyurethane and innovative foaming systems. The internal tech R&D team accumulates over 20 years of frontline PU manufacturing experience, capable of independently finishing formula iteration, custom mold design and full-range product upgrading.
Our enterprise gains free access to supporting professional lab space from CAS, and an independent standard finished inspection room is built within Longyan manufacturing zone equipped with over ten high-precision test instruments, including vision dimension detector, gravel abrasion tester, lateral impact meter, salt spray chamber, UV weathering cabinet, universal tensile machine and programmable temperature-humidity cabinet. Every batch of finished goods completes full performance inspection covering mechanical property, weather resistance and wear resistance before delivery.

The tight bonding between foam core and rubber shell prevents internal delamination and abnormal rolling.

Benefiting from uniform internal foam density and symmetrical tread design, this foam filled tire maintains balanced rolling track during low-speed operation.
