One-Shot Foam Injection Craft & Integrated Bonding Technology
Different from secondary assembly filling processes used by most manufacturers, we adopt one-shot closed mold foam injection craft for the 200×50 tyre. After fixing Cheng Shin rubber tyre and aluminum rim in the mold, liquid PU material is injected and foamed in one go inside the rubber cavity. The foaming expansion pressure tightly fits foam core and rubber inner wall without gaps or partial hollow areas. No adhesive glue is added in the whole process, avoiding degumming and layer separation after long-term vibration. The integrated molding method greatly improves the overall structural stability of the wheel set.

How To Check The Air Void Inside Foam Filled Tyres After Foaming PU?
Technology: we do a full tire shaping process before production. Our filling process uses centrifugal rotation to uniformly fill the PU raw materials into the tires and fully realize complete bonding between the tire and PU Foam, thus avoiding any air voids inside.
Every time replacing the material or starting the machine, we will cut one tire to check the inside of the tire to ensure there are no air voids or separations in the product.
