Back in 2015, we launched our business in Xiamen, focusing on the research and fabrication of polyurethane components. As market demand kept rising, we decided to expand production scale and relocated our core manufacturing facilities to Longyan in 2017 to boost overall output.

In the years that followed, we kept optimizing our business layout. A subsidiary dedicated to wheel and tyre production was founded in 2020. Three years later, our Xiamen branch settled inside a top national institute for advanced material research. We also registered our new materials firm and moved into Longyan Innovation Park, marking a major leap toward diversified operation. At present, we run multiple business divisions. Apart from polyurethane finished goods, we also produce thermal insulation panels for ventilation duct systems, forming a complete and mature operation system.

We devote ourselves to developing tailored polyurethane solutions for mobility aids and rehabilitation devices. Our diverse product lineup covers cellular elastic parts, high-rebound foam pieces, integrated foam components, soft sponge materials, and custom rigid foam fillers built for carbon fiber equipment.

Every product series serves distinct application scenarios. Our elastic wheel parts have maintained stable cooperation with international brands that develop electric mobility devices and intelligent robots. Our foam cushion products have become reliable supplies for world-famous bedding brands. Custom foam accessories are widely fitted on medical equipment and child safety seats, while rigid foam fillers are ideal for outdoor leisure goods and model crafts.

Years of practical experience in polyurethane formula development and material application lay solid ground for our technical advantages. We have assembled a professional technical crew, who keep upgrading formulas and optimizing product structures to match changing market demands.

To break through technical barriers, we have set up joint research labs and built long-term partnerships with two renowned academic institutions: Sichuan University's School of Polymer Science and Engineering, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Rare Earths. We successfully turn laboratory research results into marketable goods. Up to now, we have rolled out new items such as anti-slip wheel accessories, lightweight parts, foam-filled rubber products and self-repairing wheel components, leading the material upgrade trend across the sector.

We have built standard production workshops and full set of production lines to support large-scale manufacturing. Our annual capacity of polyurethane wheel accessories reaches around 2 million units, which enables us to fulfill large orders and peak-season supply tasks efficiently.

Besides production areas, we run an independent in-house testing lab equipped with more than ten professional inspection devices. The lab can conduct tests on wear resistance, impact resistance, anti-aging performance, salt spray resistance, dimensional precision and running stability. All raw materials and finished goods go through multi-level inspections. Our products fully comply with global environmental regulations including RoHS and REACH, as well as ISO industrial standards and regional safety certifications for children's articles and cycling parts.

We adopt the ISO9001:2015 management system throughout daily operation, with complete standardized rules covering raw material procurement, production execution, process supervision, R&D and complaint handling. Rigorous internal management guarantees steady product quality and orderly operation.

Our customer service department operates independently from the sales team. The staff provides pre-sales consultation, model selection guidance, order tracking and after-sales technical support.
